Design Approval
Design approval must be gained from Infinity Investment Group, the developer of Peninsula Bay, prior to applying for your building consent to the Queenstown Lakes District Council. A bond of $2,000 is payable to Infinity Investment Group when design approvals are submitted.
Below are a number of sample documents to assist you in preparing your design application; these are examples of the documents you need to submit in order to gain approval for your design.

Fibre Optic Cable
There is fibre optic cable throughout the Peninsula Bay subdivision. Please ensure your builder knows this in order to cable your house correctly. Download the fibre optic user guide below.
